MPEI International Division informs that from the 26th of November till the 30th of November, 2012 the group of employees from MPEI has undergone training and professional skill improvement in Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). The visit purpose is exploring of experience on the program "The Chinese universities are the most important link in an innovative chain. Employment of innovations for improvement of educational process. Training for innovative activity".

During the training the members of MPEI delegation visited laboratories and museum in HIT, there had been organized business meetings with the management of HIT Academy of Sciences and the industrial technology, with the assistant of the Rector Sue Syaofey and the Head of International Relations Department Fan Hunbo, the management and specialists from Energy Resources Engineering Institute and Electrical Equipment Institute, the Vice Rector of International Relations.

Also there took place round tables and seminars on subjects: "Scientific researches in HIT and MPEI", "Innovations in education and research works of HIT".

During the work there had been discussed the directions in the field of researches that can be mutual interesting, possibilities for the organization of joint projects in the field of applied researches, prospects of joint development through unique laboratory equipment of HIT and MPEI and possibility of the training for students and Ph.D.-students.​
