Strengthening partnership with Austrian universities

On the 6th and 7th of May MPEI took part in the Russian-Austrian seminar dedicated to the strengthening of Universities’ collaboration bounds. A number of representatives was more than 100, among them 20 from the Universities and National Agency for Education of Austria and National Erasmus+ Office. The employees of Russian Universities also took part in the meeting, as well as EU and National Erasmus+ Office in Russia.

From the MPEI part the International Academic Program Coordinator Irina Kulik was present. She showed seminar guests some ideas of educational, scientific and research projects prepared by MPEI departments that were keen to stabilize the partnership links to the Austrian universities. New contacts have been established and the prospects opportunities discussed.

By the results of the seminar Austrian partners will create a database of prospective Russian colleagues that will cooperate with Austrian universities, where the MPEI offers will be shown as well.
