Reception on the occasion of the 73th anniversary of the Vietnam Independence

On the 14th of September Dean of the foreign students of MPEI Alexander Ankin was invited by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Russia Ngo Duc Manh and his wife Bui Thi Phuong Anh to visit the SRV Embassy in Moscow. The event was dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of the Vietnam Independence.

Alexander Ankin congratulated the Ambassador and told him about the Vietnamese students’ success in and out of study.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Russia gave praise to MPEI as the leading Power Engineering University of Russia training highly qualified personnel for Vietnam needs.
The sides agreed to develop the cooperation in scientific and educational domains.​​​​
