Visit of the MPEI delegation to the Embassy of Islamic Republic of Iran

On the 1st of February, 2019, the Dean of foreign students Alexander Ankin and the referent of the foreign dean’s department Natalia Kruglova visited the Embassy of Islamic Republic of Iran in the response to the invitation of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran of the Russian Federation Mr. Mehdi Sanai. Reception was organized on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.

The Dean congratulated the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran of the Russian Federation Mr. Mehdi Sanai on the Iranian national red-letter day and expressed his expectations for the development of the collaboration in the domain of training the high-quality cadres for the economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Mr. Mehdi Sanai marked the high level of the specialist training maintained by MPEI, especially in the domain of highly qualified specialists’ training.

The conversation with the Advisor Mr. Bahram Heidari, acting Attache for study work, led to the expression of the intention to send talented Iranian students to MPEI.

MPEI Alumni currently working at the Embassy warmly recalled the years of study, professors and staff of the International Administration of MPEI.​​​​
