ECUST Delegation visits MPEI

On May 22nd, 2019, a delegation from the East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST), headed by Vice President Professor Liu Changsheng, visited National Research University “Moscow Power Engineering Institute”.

Vice-Rector on Scientific Work of MPEI, Viktor Dragunov, greeted the honorable delegates. They were given a presentation of the international activities of MPEI led by Elena Gulicheva, Head of the Department of international Relations, and Sergey Shirinskii, Head of the International Administration.

In the framework of the visit, Chinese colleagues visited the laboratory of the Department of Metal Technology of the Institute of Power Machinery and Mechanics. The tour was guided by the Head of Department Viktor Dragunov along with his assistants.

As well, for the Chinese guests the tour round the laboratories of the High Voltage Engineering and Electrical Physics was organized by its Head Sergey Khrenov and his assistants.

The final meeting was held by the Head of Institute of Hydropower and Renewable Energy Sources, Tatyana Shestopalova, together with the Deputy Head Alexey Vaskov.
