Kyrgyz Minister of Education visits MPEI

16 April, 2021, the visit of Almazbek Beishenaliev, Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan, took place at MPEI. In the framework of the visit the Minister met Nikolay Rogalev, Rector of MPEI and was shown the laboratories and classrooms of Institute of Hydropower and Renewable Energy (IHRES) and Institute of Electrical Power Engineering (IEPE).

During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for further development of training programs for the Kyrgyz Republic, including those using the resources of the Russian-Kyrgyz Consortium of Technical Universities.

The meeting was attended by Alexander Tarasov, Vice-rector on International Relations, Turatbek Duishenaliev, Honorable Doctor, Professor of Department of Robotics, Mechatronics, Dynamics and Machine Strength, Shestopalova Tatyana, Head of the IHRES, and Vladimir Tulskiy, Head of IEPE.

The sides expressed mutual hope to develop the fruitful cooperation of MPEI and Kyrgyz Universities.
