MPEI enters Top-20 Forbes ranking for first time

MPEI has first entered the top-20 ranking of Russian Universities evaluated by Forbes.

To create the international ranking, more than 1200 Universities provided data for the efficiency monitoring of 2021. Long-list was formed out of 502 Russian Universities, both public and private, educating on Bachelor and Master programs. The formation methodics estimates the quality of the education, data on the demand for graduates, their employment, reputation among the employers, contribution to the innovative economy, and international activities.

By creating the ranking of higher educational institutes, the financial and economic journal persuaded the goal to evaluate the quality of Russian education, and as well to find out the Universities that prepare the highest competent specialists who can be the leaders of economy in the future and enter the Forbes list, becoming a part of Russian political and administrative elite society.

The first issue was published in 1917, Forbes Russia was created in 2004. The international recognition came due to the unbiased attitude to the events and various lists and ranking made by the edition.
