MPEI improved its position in National University Ranking

​MPEI has grown by several positions in the National University Ranking 2021, improving its rating in comparison to 2020.

By the assessment results carried out by Interfax Information Agency, MPEI took the 31st line of the National University Ranking list among 341 Russian Universities.

Regarding the Research index, MPEI entered the top-20 Russian Universities, taking19th place. According to the Innovation index, the University holds the 22-28 lines of the Ranking.

Interfax Common Ranking is a sum of 6 parametric rankings: Education, Research, International and Interregional Cooperation, Innovations and Business, Brand of the University. It has been published since 2015.

The composers of the ranking believe that the goals of the annual research “National University Ranking” are to assess the activities of contemporary Russian University at its best, develop communication channel between the academic and the general society, search for new methods and technologies for University assessment in education, R&D, innovational and social evolving.
