Home / About MPEI / NewsSeminar of the Eastern European University Association was held at MPEI19.11.202217 November, 2022, MPEI hosted a seminar of the Eastern European University Association (EEUA) for universities in Russia and the CIS "Planning international activities and recruiting for 2023".More than 100 people took part in the event in person and online. In addition to leading Moscow universities, regional universities were represented. The seminar discussed tools for attracting foreign students and the development of international cooperation in 2023. The main speakers of the event were: Bogdan Voronovsky, General Director of the Eastern European Universities Association, and Alexander Tarasov, MPEI Vice-Rector on International Relations. University representatives discussed issues and problems related to the recruitment of foreign students, analyzed the current situation in their own educational institution, studied the competitive advantages of the educational services in their universities, and selected the most effective promotion tools, taking into account the specifics of the educational institution.
