Awards to MPEI employees

28 February, 2023 there was a solemn awarding of MPEI employees with honorary prizes from the Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation at the enlarged meeting of MPEI Academic Council.

Nikolay Rogalev, MPEI Rector and the chairman of the Academic Council, conducted the awarding ceremony.

Yuri Kuzma-Kichta, MPEI Professor, obtained  the medal of the order of merit "For services to the Fatherland" of the 2nd degree according to the Presidential Decree by February 11, 2023 № 81 "About awarding with state awards of the Russian Federation" for achievements in scientific and pedagogical activity, training of skilled specialists and many years of conscientious work.

The honorary title "Honorary Worker of the General Education of the Russian Federation" was awarded to Vladimir Glushenkov,  Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Electrical Complexes of Autonomous Objects and Electrical Transport, Regina Rodyakina (Assoc. Prof. of the Metals technology Department), Alexey Trofimov (Assoc. Prof. of the Electric Power Systems Department), Sergey Shirinsky (Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Electromechanics, Electrical and Electronic Apparatuses).

The Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation was awarded:

- Tatiana Smagina, secretary to the Head of the Rectorate;
