Tajikistan joined an international historical action "Victory Dictation"

27 April, 2023 Tajikistan joined an international historical action "Victory Dictation". Dictation was written at 14 sites in Dushanbe, Khujand, Isfara, Kulyab, Tursunzad and Bokhtar.

The event at MPEI branch in Dushanbe was held for the first time through the efforts of professors from the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Over 1300 people wrote the "Victory Dictation" in Tajikistan.

The dictation was written by schoolchildren, historians, compatriots, Russian servicemen, and journalists.

In addition to general questions on military-historical topics, there were regional questions concerning the republics’ contribution of the multinational country.

Ivan Ivanov, Head Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Tajikistan, said: "Among the questions of the Great Patriotic War was the one about the history of Tajikistan during the Great Patriotic War and about the famous pilot Aigul Mamadjanova who had made more than 93 military sorties on Ilyushin Il-2, a very difficult ground-attack plane. Historians of Tajikistan took part in preparing the questions".
