MPEI reunion in Mongolia

International Administration informs that since the 3rd of December to the 5th of December, 2016 Vice Rector on International Relations Zamolodchikov Vladimir has visited Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia) after the invitation of R. Ganzorig - Head of MPEI Alumni Association in Mongolia, Director of Magnai Trade LLC to participate in the reunion.

Over 80 Mongolian MPEI alumni of different years participated in the events. Among the participants of the meeting there were both many honored MPEI alumni and the invited guests:

• Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in Mongolia Azizev I.
• First President of Mongolia, former Minister of Energy Ochirbat P.
• former Minister of Energy and Industry of Mongolia S. Batkhuyag
• Deputy of State Great Khural and Vice-Chairman of the Russian-Mongolian Parliamentary group Enkhbold N. and many more.

The meeting took place in a warm and positive environment. During the discussions and additional meetings the issues of primary positioning of MPEI as leading Russian university in Mongolia and issues of development of activity of MPEI Alumni Association in Mongolia were discussed. Vice Rector on International Relations Zamolodchikov Vladimir undertook the interview on the Mongolian television.
