MPEI International Council 20th Anniversary

MPEI International Council celebrated his 20th Anniversary on the 7th February, 2019. It is a multicultural society that consists of students of our University from different countries. Main goals of the Council are to defend the rights of students in study and social domains, and ameliorate the conditions of their education, routine, rest and medical treatment. Every member of the International Council contributes to the achievements of it, brings his personal vision so the events conducted are filled with national color and friendship.

For 20 years International Council has been helping the foreigners at MPEI to adapt to life and study in Russia. Students help each other to get involved in social life and events, understand the rules, routine and culture, make new friends. The meetings of Council members, professors and embassy employees from different countries are organized on a regular basis.

The excitement before the events of Council awaited is habitual. Contests and festivals are held year by year under the aegis of this students’ organization. For example, International Festival, that unites in the bright dance and music show the representatives of different countries, finds common grounds in various national cultures. Every year the Festival welcomes students, teachers, officials of MPEI and guests from different countries.

With the support of MPEI administration the International Council plans to continue the improvement of its social and culture activity.
