Energy Olympiad for foreign students of pre-graduation classes02.06.2022
June 1, 2022, the
Department of External Relations, together with MPEI admission committee, with
the support of the International Olympiad Organizing Committee "Hope of
Energetics" held an Energy Olympiad for foreign students of pre-graduation
classes in a remote format.
101 schoolchildren
from 8 neighbouring and other countries registered for the Olympiad
The Olympiad is aimed
at foreign applicants who plan to apply for the Russian quota to study at MPEI
in 2023 or 2024.
At the first stage of
selection, carried out by the selection committees at the Representative
Offices of Rossotrudnichestvo in the country, individual achievements of
candidates are taken into account, including certificates of winners and
winners of the Olympiad. For this MPEI included the Russian language,
mathematics, physics and computer science in the list of subjects for the
Energy Olympiad.
