Last December, at
the Open Education Forum, MPEI presented its innovative educational project
"Digital educational platform for implementation of open education courses
for foreign citizens", which was subsequently included by the Ministry of
Education of the Russian Federation in the collection of the best practices of
Russian education in 2022. Thanks to winning a grant from the Ministry of
Education of the Russian Federation, MPEI developers were able to implement
their idea by creating a digital educational platform www.digiteducation.ru. The platform
combines training courses developed together with university professors and
innovative approaches to learning. Now everyone who wants to get new and test
their knowledge, as well as expand the set of competencies obtained at school
and university, can do it with the help of presentations, educational videos,
software and demonstration layouts, self-testing tests and technical glossary
on the platform www.digiteducation.ru. The project continues its development:
it is planned to expand the list of subjects, add new features and interactive
models.

MPEI experience attracted participants’ attention who
stressed the importance of developing educational institutions by creating and implementing
new digital learning tools.
At the end of the Forum, the participants summed up
the results of their work and identified priority tasks within their
activities.
