Scientific Seminar "Fundamentals of Green Sustainable Energy"12.04.2024The International Thematic Group on Energy of the BRICS Network University announced a series of permanent scientific seminars to be organized by member universities of the ITG on Energy. The workshops are intended for Ph.D.-students and young researchers from BRICS NU member universities. The seminars are conducted remotely in English – the main language of BRICS. Each workshop is expected to present a paper on an aspect of green sustainable energy and speak on it. On April 10, 2024, the first scientific seminar was held at MPEI, where Maxim Burmeister, Senior Lecturer and Ph.D.-students of the Department of Electric Power Systems, presented a report "Investigation of the influence of the virtual inertia system on the stability of a PV plant". The report was accompanied by a series of questions and answers and a small discussion on further ways of development of this format of scientific experience exchange.
