The proposal was sent by EEC to the governments of States-members and received considerable approval there. EISP consists of 4 parts: creation of modern technologies for the manufacture of environmentally friendly energy storage devices; ensuring increased reliability and effective integration of power grid equipment with various sources of small renewable and distributed generation; creation of guaranteed low-power power supply systems based on renewable energy sources and low-power steam-gas turbine plants operating on local types of fuel; and development of new promising insulating and structural materials for distributed energy. Particularly, it is supposed to accumulate the efforts of more than 30 industrial and scientific educational organizations of EAEU countries for the program’s realization. The discussion with the involved departments and organizations of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia was held.
