Results of monitoring work of the Russian experts in the CIGRE working groups (WGs)

According to item 13.12 of the RNС of CIGRE Charter, the Technical Committee (TC) performs management and work control of representatives of RNС of СIGRE in Research Committees (RC) and the Russian specialists in the CIGRE working groups (WGs). Results of the monitoring executed by Technical Committee of RNC of CIGRE have shown that on June, 2016, the Russian specialists participate in work of 63 CIGRE WGs.

There were published 51 technical booklets on the basis of the results of WGs activities in 2015 - 2016 in the electronic library e-cigre (www.e-cigre.org). In addition to technical booklets, CIGRE RCs publish other information materials - reports, records and reviews including "ELECTRA" magazine available only to CIGRE members, and also the public scientific periodical of CIGRE Science & Engineering.

CIGRE members can get acquainted with results of researches of working groups and other materials at electronic library www.e-cigre.org using membership number for the entrance.

TC RNC of CIGRE performs work on the translation into Russian of the most actual technical booklets in aspect of a perspective of the Russian market of power industry. The translations will be available to RNC of CIGRE members in electronic form on the website of Association through a personal account after its activation.

To regulate the preparation of documents for participation in CIGRE WGs by the Russian experts – potential candidates, TC RNC CIGRE prepared the general information, the summary and examples of accompanying documents registration that it is possible to study by reference.

The methodical help is given to candidates on participation in CIGRE WGs within the work of TC RNC of CIGRE, on a scheduled online basis. ​
