The mission of AMO is
integration of efforts and creative potential of international departments of
Higher Educational Institutions staff to solve relevant organizational, methodical,
economic and social problems related to modernization of international
relations directed to development of academic, scientific, economic and
cultural activity.
Aims and tasks are all
possible support to academic exchange, maintaining and development of existing
relations between Higher Educational Institutions, establishment of the
conditions for gradual integration with the Western Education system.

In 2020 the 25th AMO
conference will be held at MPEI.
This Association is
non-governmental non-commercial public organization being established on the
free-will basis.
Association activity is based
on official documents of international rights, human rights provisions of the
United Nations and intends to coordinate its efforts with activity of UNESCO,
UNIDO and other international humanitarian organizations.
The Association is an open
organization and is ready to accept those who share aims and tasks of the
Association and agree with its Charter.
The Charter of the
Association regulates its activities, as well as the procedure for joining and
leaving the organization.
Working languages of the Association
are Russian, English, German.
The Association is ready for
cooperation with any similar organizations which support ideas of humanism and
progress.
Participants of the
Association are Belarus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Lithuania, Poland, Russia,
Slovakia, the Ukraine, the Czech Republic.
