The purpose of the program is methodological support and support of the educational process, formation of students' general cultural and professional competencies; training of bachelors using fundamental versatile education and advanced technologies that can be flexible and active in changing labor market conditions for various areas of government and national economy that fall within the competence of managers in the information and communication sphere of the appropriate level of management processes. Training of bachelors is focused on the formation of general cultural competencies based on humanitarian, social, economic, mathematical and natural science knowledge that allow them to work successfully in their chosen field of activity, contributing to their social mobility and stability in the labor market; professional competencies for project, communication, advertising and information, organizational and management, market research and forecast-analytical activities in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard.
