From 27 to 30 November in the Republic of Altay the III summit of students-leaders of SCO countries was being conducted. During 4 days, young leaders and representatives of different countries were developing professional skills and extending knowledge in their project fields, as well as discussing the issues of youth initiative and, besides, actual themes.
Svetlana Pakhomova, being the Head of International Council and a 3rd year student of MPEI, took part in the work of the summit.
This event has a big impact on the youth policy in Russia and SCO countries. The project organized by All-Russian Student Union and, within support of Foundation for Public Diplomacy of Alexander Gorchakov, gathered more than 100 active representatives of youth organizations, universities, business associations of the SCO countries.
Participants of the Summit were united by the events that were concerning:
- Soft skills and tuition made by young students
- Social projecting and entrepreneurship
- Resource support of the project activity
In course of the Summit highly qualitied experts of the Federal Agency for Youth Policy, Altay business community, institutions and government representatives were working with the students.
Apart from the business and educational program, students could relish the Altay culture and nature, and as well visited Chemal, Patmos lake and Malaya Sinuha mountain.
