Collaboration of MPEI with universities and organizations of Namibia started in 2003, when the first Namibia students were admitted to MPEI. MPEI has prepared a large number of highly qualified personnel for foreign countries, including Namibia.
Since 2016, the Russian Embassy in Namibia and the Zambian Russian Center of Science and Culture have annually held the Olympiad “It’s time to study in Russia!”
MPEI collaborates with University of Namibia (UNAM). On May 10, 2017, the memorandum of understanding for searching possibilities of collaboration in actual domains was signed.
The partners are planning to continue and extend the collaboration on exchange programs in the field of scientific research.
