Scientific collaboration with South Korea is rapidly developing in the framework of the partner universities’ programs for receiving Russian scientists acting like invited professors and for giving posts for MPEI graduates (ex. Korean Polytechnic University and Yonsei University respectively).
The Department of radio receiving devices was working with Yonsei University as part of the organization of the educational and scientific center for radar medical devices. As well partners concluded a funded contract for a new device development. At Korean Polytechnic University the graduate of MPEI Department of Radio Devices Ka Minho is working as a professor. After having successfully defended the Ph.D. thesis he organized the Center for collaboration with Russia.
In 2015 the contracts with Chung-Ang University and Kimpo University have been concluded.
