archaeological excavations, and arrangement of the roadbed.
UVF-6
installation
The
installation is designed to test concrete samples for waterproofness according
to the "wet spot" method and the filtration coefficient in accordance
with GOST 12730.5-84
Universal
steaming chamber KUP-1
Designed for heat treatment of concrete when
determining its compressive strength in accordance with GOST 22783, for
steaming concrete samples when selecting heat treatment modes with temperature
increase, holding (isothermal heating) according to GOST 10180, and also for
testing cement samples in accordance with GOST 310.4. The chamber can be used
to determine the thermal conductivity of coarse aggregate grains in accordance
with GOST 9758, for thawing concrete samples in accordance with GOST 25485. The
chamber is designed to work in closed rooms at an air temperature of at least +5ºС and relative humidity up to 80%, at
a temperature of 25ºС
and lower temperatures without condensation and moisture in a non-explosive
environment that does not contain salt mists, conductive dust, corrosive gases
or vapors that destroy metal and insulation at atmospheric pressure 84-106.7
kPa.
Small
hydraulic press PGM-100MG4A
Test presses PGM-MG4 are designed to test samples
of building materials at loading speeds normalized by the relevant standard.
The presses are equipped with an electric drive and strain gauge force meter. A
distinctive feature of the PGM-MG4 presses is their small size and weight,
low-noise operation of the electric drive and the absence of pulsations in the
hydraulic system due to the use of multi-plunger pumps of foreign production.
Microprocessor control of the loading process provides automatic maintenance of
the loading speeds in MPa/, kN/s and mm/min (depending on the test method),
fixing the breaking load and calculating the strength taking into account the
scale factor.
The results obtained during testing are
automatically archived, marked with the date and time of measurement and
transferred to a PC with the possibility of subsequent documentation.
Small-sized presses PGM-100MG4 and PGM-100MG4А are designed for compression
testing of cellular concrete and mortar samples, cement and gypsum beams for
compression and bending, asphalt concrete samples for compression, splitting
and bending. The PGM-100MG4A press has an increased piston stroke, additionally
provides for testing asphalt concrete samples for shear, uniaxial compression
and tensile bending at loading speeds of 3; 10; 50 and 50.8 mm / min, including
PNST 109, 113 and 179.
Concrete
strength meter POS-50MG4
POS-50MG4 devices are designed for
non-destructive testing of concrete strength by tearing off with chipping and
chipping ribs according to GOST 22690.
The scope of the instruments is to determine
the strength of concrete at construction sites, during the inspection of
buildings and structures, as well as to clarify the calibration characteristics
of shock-pulse and ultrasonic devices, in accordance with Appendix No. 9 GOST
22690.
The
ultrasonic device with visualization PULSAR-2.2
The
PULSAR-2.2 device is intended for:
measuring the time and speed of
propagation of ultrasound in the surface and through sounding of objects
of control;
control of strength, uniformity
and class of concrete (GOST 17624, Methodical Recommendations MDS
62-2.01), brick (GOST 24332) and other materials based on measuring the
time and speed of propagation of ultrasound in them;
detection of voids, cracks and
other defects during technological control and inspection of objects,
measuring the depth of surface cracks;
assessment of the degree of
maturity of concrete in monolithic concreting;
determination of density and
elastic modulus of materials, sound index of abrasives;
assessment of porosity, fracturing
and anisotropy of materials;
estimates of attenuation of
ultrasound in materials, products and structures.
Kashkarov's
