The main activity of STIC ETT is aimed at the effective use of scientific potential and active participation in fundamental, search and applied research in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency, the development and implementation of innovative energy-saving projects.

One of the important activities of the center is to provide research and development work with scientific and special equipment, including software and hardware complexes of a mobile diagnostic laboratory (MDL).

In addition to scientific research, STIC ETT specialists carry out a large amount of practical work on the energy survey of enterprises and organizations in order to increase their energy efficiency.

Research areas

  • research in the field of scientific and methodological problems of energy efficiency, including improving the regulatory framework for energy conservation
  • research in the field of methodology for conducting energy surveys and implementing energy-saving projects
  • research in the field of information and software and hardware for energy conservation, the creation of specialized energy consumption databases and the provision of remote access to information resources.

Recent  projects

  • development of scientific and methodological foundations for assessing energy and environmental efficiency of green building projects in the Moscow region using non-traditional and renewable energy sources; monitoring the effectiveness of facilities, developing measures to stimulate and replicate them
  • Testing of seeds of grain crops on the cyclical effect of temperature changes in the heat and cold chamber under the grant of the Russian Science Foundation "Research on the effect of seed dressers for grain crops in combination with a number of electrophysical methods of pre-sowing treatment on their germination"

Features

Leading employees of STIC ETT are actively involved in the work of the training and retraining center (CPE) in the area of “Energy Audit and Consulting”. The CPE carries out work to improve the skills of specialists in the field of energy conservation and improve energy efficiency.

Unique equipment

Mobile diagnostic laboratory for energy audit and environmental measurements

ntic-ett-03-min.jpg
In 2010, under the state contract, a mobile diagnostic laboratory (MDL) for energy audit and environmental measurements was created. MDL is designed to assess “in real time” the efficiency of production and consumption of fuel and energy resources during normal operation of energy technology equipment, determine its environmental impact on the environment and monitor the effectiveness of energy-saving measures.

Stand for conducting metrological and temperature studies (MIT)

The MIT stand allows us to carry out research work related to monitoring the metrological and temperature characteristics of the objects under control in the face of changes in the parameters of the electric network, and the temperature parameters of the air inside the heat and cold chamber. The software and hardware of the stand allow the collection, processing and transmission of measurement results.
