Nguyen Quoc Chi elected Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Universities and Colleges

August 26, 2024 Nguyen Quoc Chi, Director of the Russian-Vietnamese Innovation Center (RVIC MPEI), has been elected Vice President of the Association of Universities and Colleges of Vietnam.

The Association of Universities and Colleges of Vietnam is the leading educational organization in the country, bringing together higher education institutions to coordinate efforts in academic and scientific exchange, developing educational standards and implementing innovative educational practices. The Association is actively engaged in improving the quality of higher education, supporting research and promoting international cooperation in education.

In 2015, Prof. Nguyen Quoc Chi officially became a member of the Academy of Electrotechnical Sciences of the Russian Federation. For many years, Nguyen Quoc Chi has been cooperating with MPEI, engaging in both teaching and research activities at the Department of General Physics and Nuclear Fusion of the Institute of Thermal and Nuclear Power Engineering. In June 2024, Nguyen Quoc Chi became the Director of the Russian-Vietnamese Innovation Center of MPEI (RVIC).

The appointment of Nguyen Quoc Chi as Vice President of the Association recognizes his outstanding achievements and professional contribution to the development of education in the international arena.
