MPEI attends International Conference “Methodical and practical problems of Power Engineering Systems Safety”

In the period from the 22nd to the 25th of September 2019, MPEI Rector Nikolay Rogalev was taking part in the International Conference “Methodical and practical problems of Power Engineering Systems Safety” that was being held of the base of the Tashkent State Technical University named Islam Karimov. On the session, Nikolay Rogalev presented a report on the topic of “Elevating the quality of functioning of Power Engineering in the conditions of spread power generation and digital economy”.

One of the goals of the visit was the conversation upon the issues of opening and functioning of the MPEI Branch in Uzbekistan. MPEI is very keen to continue and broaden the cooperation with Uzbekistan in the field of scientific, research and educational activity.​
