MPEI took part in International Conference - "University of SCO: global challenges and capacities of sustainable development to 2030"

From 3 until 4 of December, 2020, MPEI took part in the International scientific-practical conference “University of SCO: global challenges and capacities of sustainable development to 2030” that was or​ganized by the administration of Novosibirsk region in the framework of the Week of education of SCO member states. The highest number of reports was given in the Power Engineering section.​

The goal of the conference has been the discussion of the problems of science development and personnel training in the priority fields of SCO University, guided by the interests of sustainable social-economic development of the countries in the conditions of challenges and consequences of Covid-19 for the world economic system.​

MPEI gave support to the organization of the “Power Engineering” subsection of the section “Science - academic and technological leadership” by presenting a large number of reports. Representatives of the academic community from Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikist​
