MPEI strengthens cooperation with the Republic of Cuba

On March 24, 2022, Gustav Jose Cobreiro Suarez, Adviser for Education and Science of the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Russia, paid a visit to MPEI.

 Mr. Cobreiro Suarez met with MPEI rector Nikolay Rogalev and Cuban students studying at the university.

During the meeting, issues related to the education and staying of Cuban students in Russia were discussed. The students were able to share their learning successes at MPEI.

Following the meeting, both sides expressed their hope for strengthening cooperation to train qualified specialists in the field of energy for the Republic of Cuba.
