In 1993 the first contract was signed with National University of San Juan. The purpose of this agreement is the exchange of experiences in education and the development of methods in education through various forms of cooperation between departments and institutes.
Every year students from Argentina studying at MPEI take an active part in the Interfestival program, where they demonstrate the peculiarities of their country's culture.
Since 1946, more than 500 citizens of Latin America and the Caribbean, including citizens of Argentina, have graduated from MPEI.
