MPEI
is the base organization of the CIS member states for training, professional
retraining and advanced training of personnel in the electric power sector
(recognized by the decision at the meeting of the Council of Heads of
Government of the CIS member states on October 30, 2015).
The primary objectives of
the Base Organization are:
- Training, professional retraining and advanced training of
specialists and researchers through full-time and part-time programs, as
well as distance learning using remote educational technologies in the
electric power sector for the CIS member states;
- Developing recommendations for improving cooperation in the training,
professional retraining and advanced training of personnel for national
programs in the electric power sector, among others.
