Results of the XXIII international conference of students and Ph.D.-students "Radio electronics, electrical engineering and power engineering"13.04.2017On the 2nd-3rd of March, 2017 in National Research University "Moscow Power Engineering Institute" the XXIII annual international conference of students and Ph.D.-students "Radio electronics, electrical engineering and power engineering" was held. The conference program included 1107 reports, including 854 reports of students and Ph.D.-students of MPEI. This year 54 sections worked in frames of the conference. During the plenary meeting the scientists from foreign Universities made the reports: Mr. Uinfrid Shyuts, professor from Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (Cottbus, Germany) made the report "Energy saving regulations in Germany, history – status – future" Mr. Karam Fares Sharafeddin, professor from Lebanese university (Beirut) made the report "The prospect of development of world windpower engineering".
