MPEI at the Coordination Council of the Eurasian Network University

On September 11, 2024 there was the 7th meeting of the Coordinating Council of the Eurasian Network University (ENU) in Nizhny Novgorod. MPEI was represented by Alexander Tarasov, Vice-Rector on International Relations. The meeting was held on the basis of N.I. Lobachevsky National Research Nizhny Novgorod State University in a mixed format. The meeting included greetings to the Eurasian Network University from Elena Gorozhankina, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, Sergey Tkachuk, Assistant Minister for Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Olga Guseva, Minister of International and Interregional Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and Oleg Trofimov, Rector of the Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod, and Rector of the University of the Interparliamentary Assembly.

The ENU Coordination Council made some changes in the Regulation on the ENU Secretariat. Alexander Bedny, Vice-Rector of the Lobachevsky University, presented a report on the results of the ENU Olympiad-2024 and the plan for its organization in 2025. And representatives of the Neimark campus told about its current state and plans for cooperation with the universities of the Eurasian Network University.

In addition, participants considered the issue of spending the funds allocated for the financing of the ENU activities for 2023, 2024 and budget proposals for the current and next years.
