Congratulations to Mr. Sadritdin Turabdjanov on being awarded the Dustlik (Friendship) Order

On August 27, 2023 Sadritdin M. Turabdjanov, Professor of Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov (TSTU), Uzbekistan, MPEI Honorary Professor was awarded the Dustlik (Friendship) Order.

The Dustlik Order, a national award of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is presented to distinguished persons for their achievements in strengthening friendship, fraternity and mutual harmony among representatives of all nations and nationalities and for their contribution to the development of friendship and cooperation among the people of Uzbekistan.

Mr. Turabdjanov is Dr.Sci. (Techn), Professor and an outstanding man of science. He is Rector of Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov; Chairman of the Dissertation Council at Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology; full-fledged member of the International Higher Education Academy of Sciences (Russia); member of the editorial board of the Chemical Engineering International Journal. In addition, he was awarded the distinguished titles of MPEI Honorary Professor, Doctor and Honorary Professor of Belarusian State Technological University, Belarusian National Technical University and Peoples' Friendship University of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Mr. Turabdjanov's contribution to the development and establishment of partnership relations between MPEI and the Uzbekistan university community is invaluable. Among his merits in the international cooperation development is support for the establishment and activity of MPEI Branch in Tashkent, facilitation of partnership relations with Tashkent State Technical University, organization and implementation of training of highly qualified and competent personnel for the energy sector of both countries.
