MPEI International Division informs that on November 21, 2013 in MPEI there were held negotiations on cooperation with Coventry University (Great Britain). The Coventry University is among top-10 new Universities of Great Britain and it has already proved as quickly developing organization with progressive ideas. At present there are representatives of more than 100 world countries who study and work in University. During the meeting there have been discussed cooperation areas in the field of mutual exchanges of professors and students, participations of MPEI students in the program of Summer School in Coventry University, possibility of "double degree" program development in a number of engineering specialties (distance courses as well), prospects of the Russian language studying for students from Great Britain at MPEI.

Following the results of the meeting there has been made a decision to consider the possibility of the Memorandum of understanding signing between our Universities and to begin cooperation in 2014 with mutual short-term visits to Partner University.
