MPEI International Division informs that on February 20, 2014 the Head of Vilnius Association of Russian School Teachers - V. Shalkovskaya - visited MPEI. The Vilnius Association of Russian School Teachers was founded in Lithuania in 1989 and it is the organization of republican scale - it cares about training level in Russian schools of Lithuania that it meets modern standards, it closely cooperates with government institutions of Lithuania and Russia and it renders assistance to pupils of the graduation classes, who want to continue the education in Russia. During the meeting there were discussed many prospects of admission to MPEI for students from Lithuania, improvement of their selection mechanisms and way of cooperation in this area.
