MPEI International Division informs that according to the results of the visit to Vietnam there took place signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between MPEI and Vietnam National University, Hanoi. During the meeting MPEI delegation headed by Rector Nikolay D. Rogalev and the management of Vietnam National University (VNU) signed the Memorandum of Understanding. MPEI Rector Nikolay D. Rogalev and VNU President prof. Phung Xuan Nha exchanged their opinions concerning enhancing cooperation between our Universities in scientific and educational areas.

As the priority issues of cooperation there were defined: cooperation in scientific sphere - thermal and nuclear energetic both nonconventional and renewable, development of joint educational program in English on "Informatics and Computer Science", and also organization of academic mobility.
