MPEI International Division informs that since March 17 till March 20, 2014 there was organized the Academic Competition "It is time were to study in Russia!" in Kazakhstan within the international project that is realized, since 2013 in 10 countries (Vietnam, China, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Mongolia, Moldova, Uganda, Ethiopia, Kenya, Abkhazia). 19 Russian Universities, including MPEI took part in the Academic Competition.

On the 19th of March there were gathered more than 700 pupils from the Republic of Kazakhstan. They are the most talented pupils from all country arrived for the Academic Competition. More than 100 pupils from all Kazakhstan took part in the competitive program. The Academic Competition took place on the 18th of March in Nazarbayev's intellectual school. 25 people became winners who have the right to train in University of Russian Federation according to their choice.
