MPEI Division of international relations inform that during 21-25 of September, 2014 MPEI participated as university-observer into annual international meeting of Association of Sino-Russian Technical Universities – ASRTU held in Sankt-Peterburg. This Association was created in 2011 and united the leading universities of China and Russia. At present, ASRTU is the largest platform anticipating the development of united educational space and presenting possibility for international cooperation in the field of engineering education and modern scientific researches, which undoubtedly relevant in the period when the scaled reconstructions of a structure and contents of experts’ training for education quality increase and the academic mobility. Within the limits of this meeting the MPEI representative participated in the Russian-Chinese conference “Engineering education: the way to success”, Russian-Chinese competition of mobile applications and computer games, a regular session of university-members and university-observers of ASRTU.​
