​MPEI International Division informs that from July 3 to July 16, 2013 there had been a trip of students' group from MPEI Institute of Automatics and Computer Engineering to Wroclaw University of Economics, Poland. The group was headed by A. Fedotov - Head of MPEI Department of Social and Educational Activity. The students won this trip within the competition "The Best Educational Group".

During the travel the student's group visited Warsaw, Wroclaw and Prague. The receiving part provided completely accommodation and excursion program for MPEI. All students note very warm welcome at Wroclaw University of Economics (Universytet Ekonomiczny we Wroclawiu — http://www.ue.wroc.pl/), and also high level of professionalism of guides.

Within the trip there had been organized a bilateral meeting with participation from the part of MPEI - Head of Department of Social and Educational Activity - A. Fedotov and from the part of Wroclaw University of Economics - Head of International Cooperation Department - Ms. Boguslava Drelich-Skulska. During the meeting there had been discussed questions of further development of the bilateral relations and possible new forms of cooperation.  

Competition "The Best Educational Group" is held annually by Department of Social and Educational Activity of MPEI. Thanks to close cooperation between this department and International Division, every year winner groups of Competition have an opportunity to make trips to MPEI Partner Universities abroad. During all history of travels of winner groups, students visited such countries as Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, China, etc.

Reciprocal visit of the Polish students and Professors to Russia is planned at the beginning of August, 2013.
