MPEI International Division informs MPEI took part in Performance Improvement Seminar for representatives of higher education institutions from Eastern Europe and Central Asia organized by Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod in collaboration with QS Asia, the largest regional subsidiary of QS, on 22 September 2014 in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.

The Seminar contained plenary sessions with regional experts from leading institutions of higher education and research. Reports were made by: Director of QS-ASIA Mandy Mok (Singapore). Chief Operating Officer of University of Malaya Yusoff Musa (Malaysia), Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International & Advancement) of University of Newcastle Winnie Eley (Australia), Head of Professional Development of UniSIM College, SIM University Neo Beng Tong (Singapore). The speakers told on topics such as the improvement of effectiveness of higher education system using the experience of their countries.
